Returns
Untamed Sol will gladly offer store credit within 30 days of purchase. On custom made Sols (necklaces, bracelets, anklets, and some earrings) there is a $5 restock fee that will be deducted from the store credit you receive. Please email solteam@untamedsol.com with your order number and request to initiate your return.
Damaged Sols
Please inspect your Sols upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate and commit to making it right.
If your Sol was purchased less than 30 days ago we will replace the item free of charge. Please email solteam@untamedsol.com with a photo of your Sol and your order number and we will get you sorted!
Sol Repairs
If your Sol was purchased more than 30 days ago, there are some repairs we can assist you with for a nominal fee.
If your necklace, bracelet, or anklet has broken in the middle of the chain, you will need to repurchase. That Sol has been tamed for good.
If your necklace, bracelet, or anklet has broken at the jump ring or clasp, we are happy to help as mentioned above. Please email solteam@untamedsol.com for help.
UnSolful Jewelry (AKA Tarnished Sols)
All of our Sols are tarnish resistant and made to shine. As mentioned in our Jewelry Care page, there are some tips to help keep your Sol shining as long as possible.
If your item is being unsolful, here is how we can help....
For purchases less than 45 days ago: We will replace your Sol, free of charge
For purchases 45 to 90 days ago: We will send you a one time discount code for 45% off original cost
Order Changes
If your order hasn't shipped, we will gladly assist. For shipped orders, you will have to initiate a return.
Address Changes
If your order hasn't shipped, we will gladly assist. We cannot make any changes once the order has shipped.
Canceling An Order
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if we haven't started fulling the order. To see if your order is eligible for cancellation, please email solteam@untamedsol.com with your order number. Most of our Sols are made to order and therefore we can't cancel it once we have started making it. We appreciate your understanding.
